Rules/Guidelines:
Participation is open to all residents within Fallbrook subdivision (rented or owned).
Entry form must be received no later than Friday, October 20th.
Contest is for exterior decorations only, but can include window decorations that are visible from the exterior.
Judging will be based on “curb appeal” as viewed from the street only.
Participants agree to having the exterior of their home photographed and agree that these photos can be shared on social media websites, as well as used in future promotional publications.
All judging will take place no later than Sunday, October 29th. This means that all decorations, lights, animations, etc. must be up and in place prior to the 29th!
Winners will be announced on Monday, October 30th on the Fallbrook subdivision Facebook group.
